Do you wonder how others see you? How do you make the choices you do? This is a workshop for those interested in learning how you are seen by others so that you can enhance your relationship skills.We all want to be seen, be heard and to belong. Groups are the most viable way to make connections and to enhance our relationship skills. This is a new offering with the workshops.

Discover the patterns of connections within the group and make the overt covert. Sociometry helps show where the conflict is in the group. Find out what your group needs to feel more connected. Well-produced sociometric interventions results in three things: 1. They confirm the inner structure of this group 2. Group members feel more united within themselves, and warm up to progressive roles/behavior 3.The group re-defines itself; group member's relationships are strengthened enabling them to be more productive. This is especially helpful for those of you who are looking to develop your skills as a group leader or Souldrama director. You will learn hand on techniques for using sociometry and group action methods. and develop your sociometric intelligence.

We get clues about our unconscious programming if we watch our reactions, responses, feelings and thoughts about other people and events. Ask yourself: How do I judge or stereotype people? What pushes my buttons? What makes me angry or fearful or sad?

The outer incidents that trigger these reactions in me simply MIRROR my own nature. If I didn't have beliefs around the issues that upset me, where would my reactions come from? If I didn't have some internal reference, I wouldn't react at all.

When outer events spark a reaction, we need to look inside to explore what’s going on.
