Register or Log in to card services secure account portal with your user ID and password through Activate your card, by entering your card number and expiration date. When you have registered your card, you can then create a unique user ID and password that will provide access to your secure account balance, recent transactions and much more.

Report a lost or stolen card by sending an email by simply completing the report your card lost or stolen form. Information that must be provided to includes the cardholder first name, last name, home phone number, address, state, ZIP Code, and valid email address. You’ll need to select whether your card was lost or stolen and the date on which it happened. Make sure to have the last four digits available and give a detailed description on how it was lost or stolen.
