Register a New Account



To create a new account to become a member of the Catamaran RX portal, click the new registration button located at the homepage. Read through the consumer terms and conditions and agree to accept or decline them by choosing the button of your choice. However, to complete the registration process you must accept these terms and conditions. Make sure to have your ID card available as you will need the information on it to fill out the necessary fields to complete your registration. You must also have the following criteria:

  • Insert your member ID number as it appears on your ID card
  • Create a user ID and password, the values use here will be case-sensitive and should be at least eight characters long
  • The password you select cannot match your user ID
  • It is important that the password chosen must contain a combination of at least three of the four following items: uppercase character, lowercase character, number, special character
