Certified Rebate Services

Check the current status of your GM certified rebate, reprint rebate forms, check your prepaid card balance, and see current offers through mycertifiedservicerebates.com. If you currently have a rebate in processing, you can use one of four different options to view the status of your rebate. This includes email, phone, address or submission ID. Simply click the status Lookup button located in the menu bar. Next, choose email to submit your email address, phone to enter your phone number, address to enter your last name, street address and ZIP Code, or submission ID.

If you have misplaced your rebate form you can use the reprint my form section of mycertifiedservicerebates.com to get a new form. The same method applies here as it does with looking at the status of your rebate. Choose which form of the search options listed that you would like to use to view your rebate form. These methods include your submission ID, email address, phone number, or address.


Submit your rebate today following one of these options:

  1. Online scan or upload. This includes submitting the rebate online and scan/upload invoice/repair order
  2. Online and mail-in. Submit rebate online and melon confirmation page and invoice/repair order
  3. Mail in. Download the rebate form to complete and mail in

If your rebate was in the form of a prepaid Visa card with the citi logo on the top, you can use the card balance button to check the current balance of your prepaid card. If your card does not have a citi logo on it, there is a separate button located at the bottom of the screen to check that specific cards balance.

Rebates are available through GM certified service parts that include Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and Cadillac. Parts purchased through AC Delco are also available for rebate services. You can stay up-to-date with current offers that are provided by mycertifiedservicerebates. Each available offer gives you the option to start the rebate online or download the form. Each offer also gives the offer code, the program dates as well as the amount the rebate is worth.

  • Offer number
  • Invoice number
  • Purchase date
  • Select issue
