Question one, how do I sign into my existing account?
If you’re currently a member and have your own personal account, simply use the email address that is tied to your account, this email address is also known as your user ID. Along with this user ID you will need a current password. Once entered correctly, all of your existing account information will then be available. New features are always being added or changed, make sure to sign up for prescription management to take advantage of all members are offered online.

Question two, what is a prescription management sign up process?
There is a one time, two-step verification process so that no one but you is able to access or view your prescription records. This two-step verification process is done in order to protect one’s privacy. First, an online account must be created, and then one can sign up for prescription management by completing the verification process. Once verified, you’ll be able to view online records and purchases as well as refill prescriptions simple click of a button.

Question three, can I use my extracare card online?
Your extracare rewards account can be managed online a a few simple clicks. To begin this process however an online account must be created. If you currently have an account you can go to the extra care page and follow the instructions to attach an extracare card. Once your account has been attached to your extra care card, you can go to the extracare page and click on the current rewards tab to view your rewards.

Question four, do I need to create an account to place an order?
Creating an account is not necessary in order to place an order for non-prescription items. Users may shop online as a guest, however keep in mind that no information will be saved from purchases made and each time a new purchase is done online, all information will need to be reentered.
