Register an account with Paychex now at mypaychex.com. MyPaychex is a self-service portal to access all of your Payroll, employee benefit services and accounts all at once. This makes your entire online experience more convenient because you only have to remember one username and password to access all of your services.

If you already have an account to log into on mypaychex.com you can log in using your username and password. You will need to make sure that your internet browser is kept up to date when logging in. It is recommended that clients use the latest version of Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari to be sure that Paychex is secure and uninterrupted.

Creating a MyPaychex Account



If you do not already have an account with My Paychex you can create one by clicking on the “Register” button. This will redirect you to the “Register” page. This page will ask you to fill out all of the required information in order to create your account. Before you can fill out any information, though, you will need to fill out the security check by entering in the six characters that you see in the box. After passing the security check you will be able to go on filling in the information. The personal details that you will need to provide include:

  • The service you require
  • Your first name
  • Last name
  • Email address
  • Date of birth
  • You will also be required to provide details regarding your account, such as:
  • Username
  • Password
  • Challenge questions
  • Answers to challenge questions

After you have filled out all of this information you are free to click on the button at the bottom of the page that says “Create Your MyPaychex Account” to finalize the process.



My Paychex is available for use for employees, supervisors, and administrators. Under the link “How to Use MyPaychex” you can access documents that will help you answer various questions that you may have. Some of the most helpful documents that are available are the Job Aid documents. These are summaries of the steps to perform basic activities.
