To get started you will need the last four digits of your Social Security number as well as your date of birth and your plan number. If you do not know where your plan number is located, you will find it on your website instruction form or the enrollment investment election form. If you do not have a copy of one of these two forms you can contact the participants service center over the phone by calling 1-800-279-4015 extension 206.
